WEDNESDAY: SEPTEMBER 3: 4-5:15pm (ALL AGES) - Just show up and complete paperwork at pool.
SATURDAY: SEPTEMBER 6: 10-11am (MAKE-UPS: ALL AGES) - Just show up and complete paperwork at pool.

- We use multiple indoor facilities for practice in the Bergen County area including: Lyndhurst High School, Bergen Community College, Lodi Boys and Girls Club, Bethany Community Center, and Garfield Boys and Girls Club.
- Practice schedules by group will be posted on our website by mid-August.

FOR AN EARLY BIRD TRYOUT (ONLY FOR TRANSFERRING SWIMMERS FROM OTHER CLUBS), PLEASE ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A TRYOUT WITH HEAD COACH KEN O'REILLY AT: COACHKENO@AOL.COM
- If you make an appointment, your child should come prepared to swim.
- Also, please print out and bring the Team Registration form below with you.
- Minimum Swimming ability: 10/unders must safely be able to swim at least 2 competiitve strokes for 75 feet or 1 pool length. 11-12s must safely be able to swim at least 3 competitive strokes for 75 feet or 1 pool length.

Earlier this year, you read about our team being recognized as a Gold Medal Club (Top 20 in Nation) with our Senior swimmers being ranked 8th in the Nation.
Now we are receiving recognition for our 11-14 year olds by the ASCA (American Swim Coaches Association).
